Do I need the WhatsApp Business app?
It is not required, because click-to-chat links work with any WhatsApp number, but we recommend the free WhatsApp Business app. It gives you a business profile, catalogue, labels and quick replies that make handling orders much easier.
Can customers pay online as well?
Yes, if you want that. Many businesses confirm the order in WhatsApp and then send a payment link or bank details. We can also combine WhatsApp ordering with a normal online checkout for standard products.
Can I update products and prices myself later?
